Call Center Update The Call Center has expanded the options available at 1-855-697-4347 when callers select menu option 2. Starting July 2024, callers using option 2 can now receive on-the-go information on their Rhode Island Works, Child Care Assistance, and General Public Assistance cases. The Executive Office of Health and Human Services, the Rhode Island Department of Human Services, and HealthSourceRI administer a wide range of public assistance programs and services such as food, cash, child care, and medical benefits. In applying for benefits or services, customers may get a request to submit required documents — used to process applications or determine eligibility. Customers have multiple options when submitting required documents to verify information. Please refer to your Additional Documentation Required (ADR) Notice for the list of specific documents you need to provide.
