Technology Adoption Days

DHS has introduced Technology Adoption Days, which provides weekly opportunities for customers to learn how to use the agency's digital resources. DHS Call Center

Hours: Many of the self-service options are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to speak with a representative, our hours of operations are 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, except holidays.

Regional Offices

Regular in-person services at regional offices are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. DHS provides weekly opportunities for customers to learn how to access the Customer Portal and mobile app as part of Technology Adoption Days, held at regional offices every Wednesday.
