All planned appointments and customer interviews at the Warwick office have been rescheduled for other times, locations, or over the phone. The Customer Portal (healthyrhode.ri.gov), the mobile app, the Call Center (1-855-697-4347), and other regional offices remain available.

DHS Reopening Update: Second Providence Regional Office Available for In-Person Services Published on Friday, February 25, 2022 As part of a continued effort to meet the needs of customers, the RI Department of Human Services (DHS) on Monday, Feb. 28, will open a second regional office for in-person services at 1 Reservoir Avenue in Providence. The additional DHS office —co-located within the Department of Labor and Training Career Center —will provide the same services currently available at all other regional offices. While DHS staff are available for in-person services, the Department continues to offer convenient access to benefits and information through the Customer Portal (healthyrhode.ri.gov), the HealthyRhode mobile app and the Call Center (1-855-697-4347). All paper applications and forms can still be submitted through any of the secure DHS drop boxes located at each regional office. Drop boxes are cleared, and documents are date stamped, daily Monday through Friday. To mail an application, customers can send it to: RI Department of Human Services, P.O. Box 8709, Cranston, RI 02920-8787. Community partners and vendors are also available to assist customers and can answer general questions about DHS programs and the application process.
