The DHS Scan Index email function is no longer being used or monitored. If you are looking to submit documents, you can submit requested documents via the Customer Portal (Healthyrhode.ri.gov), the drop boxes at DHS regional offices, or through our document scanning centers. Warwick Office Update

Community Reminder: The last day of operations at the Warwick Office, 195 Buttonwoods Ave., is Friday, March 13. This transition is part of the opening of DHS’s appointment-only Hazard Building, which is scheduled to open April 6.
