Staying Informed Webinar Series
The RI Department of Human Services is hosting two customer-focused webinars as part of the Staying Informed Webinar Series, designed to help customers navigate the application and eligibility process.
The series is comprised of two key focus areas. One focus area is on the DHS-2 application and benefit decision notices, where participants gain an understanding on the best way to navigate through the application process.
The second focus area is on understanding benefit notices. These sessions are intended to provide an overview of what the information means and the common types of notices.
