Please note Call Center hours for the week of Thanksgiving. The Call Center will be open normal business hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, Nov. 20-22. The Call Center will be closed on Thursday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, though self-service options will remain accessible, including the Customer Portal (healthyrhode.ri.gov), and mobile app. The Call Center will not take incoming calls on Friday for processing work, normally completed on Wednesdays. Please plan accordingly and Happy Thanksgiving!

LIHEAP Primary Grants are based on income, family size, fuel type, and minimum delivery requirements.
*Income Guidelines are based upon State Median Income calculations with a calculation methodology described in 45 CFR 96.85. This is mandatory as of October 1, 2022. Guidelines may be restricted for FY2023 LIHEAP based on available funding.
Remember, you must already qualify for LIHEAP to be eligible for Weatherization, Appliance Management, and Heating System Repair/Replacement. You apply at your local Community Action Agency.
