This is mandatory as of October 1, 2024. Guidelines may be restricted for FY2025 LIHEAP based on available funding. Remember, you must already qualify for LIHEAP to be eligible for Weatherization, Appliance Management, and Heating System Repair/Replacement. You apply at your local Community Action Agency.
