SNAP Connect

SNAP Connect
Pick A Time. We’ll Handle the Rest.
The SNAP Connect pilot is a new initiative of the Rhode Island Department of Human Services designed to make it easier to complete your interview for the Supplementary Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
The program works by allowing customers of SNAP to complete required interviews at a time that is most convenient to them without the need to schedule a specific interview time. This change will help provide more flexibility, reduce instances of missed interviews, and improve operational efficiency to help ensure all DHS programs are processing cases timely and within federal guidelines.
Customers in the Pawtucket area will be the first to participate in the pilot, while additional service areas/customers will be brought into the pilot incrementally.
How does SNAP Connect Work?
